Camp Thomas COPE Course
Camp Thomas COPE Course is located on 51+ rugged acres of true West Texas topography. It is
a very impressive COPE course, boasting an all inclusive array of challenge events
second to none anywhere! The course was constructed by Rope Works Inc. and adheres to all Boy
Scouts of America and Association for Challenge Course Technology standards.

Hughes Aquatic Base
Hughes Aquatic Base is located on one of the north shores of Lake Colorado City.
The camp is often used for aquatic merit badge sessions, Cub Scout Day Camp, Boy Scout camping,
Woodbadge training, and even family reunions. The proximity to Camp Thomas COPE course makes
Hughes Aquatic Base a great place to stay during COPE events or just all around fun on the water.
Hughes Aquatic Base has canoes, rowboats, and sailboats that also provide great recreation.
